hb_alim 5fdda36934 fix: perbaiki 7 bridge opening -- nomor bab dan template salah akibat Phase4 two-pass 
Bug: Phase 3 menulis bridge dengan nomor baru (benar), lalu Phase 4
two-pass secara salah mengubah nomor tersebut menggunakan mapping
old->new, menghasilkan referensi yang sepenuhnya salah.

Perbaikan per file:
- bab-04 bridge: Bab6/A.6 -> Bab3/A.3 (Data sebagai Aset)
- bab-05 bridge: Bab7/A.7 -> Bab4/A.4 (Analisis Masalah)
- bab-06 bridge: Bab3/A.3 -> Bab5/A.5 (Kebutuhan Informasi)
- bab-07 bridge: Bab8/A.8 -> Bab6/A.6 (SI Fungsional)
- bab-08 bridge: Bab9/A.9 -> Bab7/A.7 (Enterprise System)
- bab-09 bridge: Bab4/A.4 -> Bab8/A.8 (DDDM) + Bab6 -> Bab3 (Data)

Fix tambahan: bab-06 L484 Gambar 3.1 -> Gambar 6.1 (referensi figure)
