2f7c8c11d1 refactor: reorder bab-03..09 — fondasi berpikir manajerial sebelum SI bisnis 
Urutan baru:
- Bab 3: Data dan Informasi sebagai Aset Organisasi (dahulu Bab 5)
- Bab 4: Analisis Permasalahan Organisasi (dahulu Bab 8)
- Bab 5: Kebutuhan Informasi Manajerial (dahulu Bab 9)
- Bab 6: Sistem Informasi dalam Fungsi Bisnis (dahulu Bab 3)
- Bab 7: Sistem Perusahaan dan Integrasi Lintas Fungsi (dahulu Bab 4)
- Bab 8: Pengambilan Keputusan Berbasis Data (dahulu Bab 6)
- Bab 9: Business Intelligence dan Analitik Bisnis (dahulu Bab 7)

Bagian baru:
- Bagian II: Fondasi Berpikir Manajerial (Bab 3-5)
- Bagian III: SI dalam Proses Bisnis dan Pengambilan Keputusan (Bab 6-9)

Perubahan mencakup: header BAB, nomor seksi, Gambar captions,
bridge paragraphs, cross-references (bab-10 s.d. bab-18),
outline files, worksheet files, dan BLUEPRINT.md

c69b7d2845 Refactor definitions and insights in chapters 17 and 18 for clarity and emphasis on AI's role in decision-making and management. Remove unnecessary icons and enhance readability.
